You’ll work one-to-one to clarify your BD strategy, refine your commercial narrative, and build the structure and confidence to lead BD activity that drives meaningful results.
You'll work on:
- Building a strategic BD roadmap aligned to your goals and market positioning
- Refining your commercial narrative and internal influence
- Deepening client and referrer relationships that generate new opportunities
- Troubleshooting BD challenges such as limited visibility or inconsistent messaging
Includes:
- 90-minute strategy kick-off session
- Nine one-hour coaching sessions over 6–10 months
- Tailored roadmap, milestones, and implementation support
- Ongoing support between sessions for blockers and preparation
- Templates and messaging guidance for BD planning and relationship growth
- Option to continue with monthly support post-programme
